Ilja Aljoskin
Founder, LEED AP BD+C, PMP
Ilja has been involved in the façade industry for over 12 years working for installation contractors, terracotta manufacturers, and façade distribution companies. He is passionate about façade design and improving business processes. He has extensive knowledge of terracotta, natural stone, and metal panels. His hobbies include guitar, photography, travel, and martial arts.
Robert (boB) Feyereisen
Director of Design
Robert is a natural design thinker, driven to understand and improve the built environment. Coming to LUHA with a background in architecture and construction, boB is well suited to bridge the digital divide between design and fabrication. boB has worked on some of the most complex facade projects in the country and brings this experience to LUHA for increased design capabilities. In his free time he likes to invent, play poker and spend time with his family and friends .
Jess LaSalle
Project Manager & Estimator
Jess has cultivated a passion for facades and project management, inspired by her upbringing in a family rooted in construction. She honed her skills in the intricacies of façade design and construction, along with experience in the railing and overall construction management industries. Her commitment to innovation and process improvement has not only enhanced project efficiencies but also fostered a culture of continuous learning and development. On her personal time, Jess enjoys jamming on her drum set, perfecting her golf swing, and cooking for her friends and family.
Zach Lawrence
Project Drafter
Zach joined LUHA Build in June 2023. With a passion for creativity and expertise in CAD software, he excels in producing precise and innovative technical drawings. Zach earned his degree in Architectural Technology from Dakota County Technical College and is currently working on CDT certification. In his free time, Zach plays guitar.
Vladyslav Semenov
Marketing Manager
Vlad is responsible for maintenance and development of our social media channels, as well as involvement in overall marketing strategy. He is very passionate about the SMM process and enjoys creative side of content making. Vlad enjoys screen printing and has an online vintage clothing store.
Lauren Strandlund
Project Coordinator + Office Manager
Lauren joined LUHA in March of 2023. Lauren brings her organization skills to make our projects run more efficiently and create a friendly office atmosphere. Laure is in the process of obtaining CDT certification. Lauren enjoys hiking, practicing jiu jitsu, and true crime podcasts.
