Our Team

After working for 10 years in the façade industry, Ilja has founded Luha on the notion that the façade supply systems can be improved and streamlined. He is passionate about façade design, architectural photography, and improving business processes. He holds B.S. in Accountancy from California State University, Long Beach. Ilja is always striving to improve his knowledge of the façade materials and systems. On his free time, he likes to spend time with his family, take photographs, travel, and do martial arts.

Robert is a natural design thinker, driven to understand and improve the built environment. Coming to LUHA with a background in architecture and construction, boB looks for ways to bridge the digital divide between design and fabrication. boB has worked on some of the most complex facade projects in the country and brings this experience to LUHA for increased design capabilities. In his free time, he likes to invent, play poker and spend time with his family and friends.

Jon brings his experience in architecture design and documentation, façade system selection and execution, and construction application to the LUHA team. His knowledge of providing a solution within the goals and parameters of projects provides architects and contractors a resource to fulfill the Owner’s final objective – a completed, functional, aesthetically pleasing building. During off time, he enjoys time with family and friends, hiking, leisure biking, camping, and generally being outdoors.

Vlad is responsible for digital marketing channels at LUHA and assists with sales & estimating responsibilities. Vlad has played a key role in developing our social media presence in the architectural façade industry. He also manages our showroom and work space, enhancing the presentation to architects and installers. Outside of work, Vlad enjoys going to music shows, vintage clothing, and screenprinting. He is currently attending Dakota County Technical College, studying Construction Management.

Zoran specializes in facade design and cladding systems, with extensive project experience across North America. Zoran operates at the vital intersection of creative vision and structural reality. With a keen eye for spatial harmony and a focus on sustainable innovation, he ensures that every LUHA project evolves from architectural design into a high-performance enclosure system. Zoran is dedicated to a design philosophy where form and function don’t just coexist—they enhance one another.

When he isn’t refining project details, Zoran can be found cycling, finding both clarity and inspiration in the discipline and pace of the open road.
